Produced in conjunction with Lower Street, this podcast series for Master Property Developer Urban & Civic is a wonderful example of hyperlocal podcasting that brings to life an ambitious new development in St Neots, Cambridgeshire.

The series takes a look at the most important aspects of Urban & Civic's approach to developing a new place to live, such as ecology, respect for local archaeology and future connectivity and brings them to life with recorded sounds and interviews with local people and planners. This rich, narrative-based format helped to incorporate the many voices of those involved in the development as well as those of community members who really help to create a sense of place.
